3-Year Product Warranty

At 360 Tech, we stand behind the quality and reliability of the electronic components we distribute. All products supplied by 360 Tech are covered by a 3-year warranty, starting from the date the product is received by the customer.

This warranty ensures that customers receive components that meet expected quality standards under normal operating conditions.

Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers defects related to the product itself, including manufacturing defects or functional failures occurring during normal and intended use.

If a product is confirmed to be defective within the warranty period, 360 Tech will evaluate the claim and provide an appropriate solution, which may include:

  • Product replacement
  • Product repair (if applicable)
  • Refund based on the original purchase price

Warranty compensation will not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

Warranty Limitations

The warranty applies only to the product itself and does not extend to indirect losses or operational damages caused by product failure.

Warranty claims are subject to review and verification by the 360 Tech quality and RMA team.

Warranty Exclusions

The following situations are not covered under the 3-year warranty:

  • Product damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modification
  • Product damage caused by unauthorized disassembly or repair attempts
  • Damage caused by incorrect electrical connections such as improper voltage or frequency
  • Damage caused by natural disasters including fire, flood, lightning, or environmental hazards
  • Damage caused by external environmental factors or improper storage conditions
  • Product issues occurring after resale to third parties due to negligence or operational errors
  • Indirect damages resulting from product faults
  • Intentional damage or damages caused by gross negligence
  • Delivery delays, accidents, incompatibility with customer systems, or improper application usage

Product Inspection

Returned products may be subject to technical inspection to verify warranty eligibility. In certain cases, customers may be asked to provide a third-party test report to assist in evaluating the defect claim.

  • Invoice or proof of purchase
  • Shipment date
  • Purchase order or sales order number
  • Description of the product issue
